Just so you know 99% of my business is by referral. Since the late 90's I've steered clear from advertising. I have found that a satisfied client, especially one that is wowed by our effort and determination to help long before the deal closes and well after the closing, actually for many years after, is better then any other type of publicity.

So next time you see an ad or radio stating low % rate or 0 that and no this, remember that usually you'll end up in a bait 'n switch situation or just another borrower taken advantage off at the closing.
