Marc has been in the mortgage industry since 1995, and has vigorously fought pre-payment penalty loans, option arm 1-2% rate scams and many high risk questionable loans that were offered in the past few years with hundreds of clients saved and thankful for being steered away from those now infamous loan programs. Marc hasn't even one client that is in foreclosure or bankruptcy because of a shady or questionable mortgage loan that had been approved by him.
